We learned all about 'Spring' and 'Animals on the Farm'. In Aistear we examined the life cycle of plants, we had small world play with the them 'On the Farm' and we planted our own cress seeds.
We read the story 'The Little Red Hen' and learned all about the story of bread. Later we sequenced the events of the story and wrote our own books of the story!
On World Book Day sixth class came in to visit and read us some of our favourite books. We had great fun reading together.
We have been learning all about healthy eating, so as part of our ten stars we made yummy fruit kebabs.
We have been really enjoying our gymnastic lessons!
